WHAT are you going to do?
For a large client , which has multiple offices in Belgium, we are looking for an IT Support Specialist.
Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for:
- Daily support of IT professional users (1st, 2nd & 3rd line)
- Handling and resolving incoming problems and queries via a ticketing system
- Following up on the needs of the Business
- IT Projects following up and implementing from A-Z
- Asset management keep up-to-date
- Management of all Hardware and IT systems with a view to the optimise of the budget and optimisation
- Install and configure of computers, smartphones, tablets
- Training organising about the applications used
- Clear communication to management, end users and your colleagues
- 5 sites monthly physical visits; 4 in Flanders and 1 in Wallonia
You are the key link between the IT manager and the business.
Your skills
- You speak and write both Dutch as French, English is a plus
- Proven track record as an IT Consultant, within Microsoft environments.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft products such as Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, Exchange, and other relevant technologies.
- Analytical and problem-solving thinking skills.
- Excellent communication skills and legendary customer service attitude.
- Flexibility, and both teamwork and independent attitude are your attributes.
- Certifications in Microsoft technology are a big plus!
- You have an interest in new technologies
- You are flexible and can meet deadlines
- You are willing to drive around to the various locations
