We are looking for an experienced IT Consultant with excellent Microsoft skills. If you have a background in consulting and implementing Microsoft solutions, you are the perfect match

What will you do?

• Daily support of IT professional users (1st, 2nd & 3rd line)
• Handling and resolving incoming problems and queries via a ticketing system
• Following up on the needs of the Business
• IT Projects following up and implementing from A-Z
• Asset management keep up-to-date
• Management of all hardware and IT systems with a view to the optimise of the budget and optimisation
• Install and configure of computers, smartphones, tablets
• Training organising about the applications used
• Clear communication to management, end users and your colleagues

Your skills

• Dutch, French and English are part of your duties.
• At least 2 years' experience in a Support role or similar
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft products such as Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, Exchange, and other relevant technologies.
• Analytical and problem-solving thinking skills.
• Excellent communication skills and legendary customer service attitude.
• Flexibility, and both teamwork and independent attitude are your attributes.
• Certifications in Microsoft technology are a big plus!
• You have an interest in new technologies
• You are flexible and can meet deadlines
